Ease into moving well again, at home.
Neck, shoulder and general body aches are common with desk work and long commutes. Your trainer focuses on posture, mobility and strength, adapted to how you feel that day.

What sessions focus on
- Mobility for the upper back, neck and shoulders.
- Strength for the muscles that hold your posture: upper back, shoulders and core.
- Short routines you can repeat between sessions.
- Yoga or mobility days if you prefer a calmer session.
Talk to a doctor first if
- You have pain with numbness, tingling or weakness in the arms.
- The pain followed an injury.
- You have chest pain, breathlessness or pain that spreads to the jaw or arm. Seek medical help straight away.
Please note. ONO trainers are fitness professionals, not doctors or physiotherapists. This page is general information, not medical advice. If you have pain, an injury or a medical condition, get advice from your doctor or physiotherapist before starting, and tell us about it when you book.

Questions
Can a trainer help with posture?
A trainer can help you build the strength and mobility that good posture needs, and coach you on how you sit, stand and lift.
Should I do yoga or strength?
Both can help. Many members alternate mobility or yoga with strength sessions.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Your trainer brings everything the session needs. Loads go up to 10 kg, and past that your trainer uses reps, tempo and single-arm or single-leg work to keep it challenging.
Will my trainer change?
We aim to keep the same trainer with you for your whole plan, so they know your goals, your history and how you move. Occasionally we may need to switch, for example if your trainer is on leave or your timings change. If that happens, we'll tell you in advance and your new trainer gets your full session log.
