Yoga at home: questions
I'm not flexible. Can I do yoga?
Yes. That's the point. Your trainer modifies poses so you start where you are and improve from there.
Do I need my own mat?
No. Your trainer brings a mat, though you're welcome to use your own.
Can yoga and strength be combined?
Yes. Many members alternate yoga and strength days, and your plan can mix both.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Your trainer brings everything the session needs. Loads go up to 10 kg, and past that your trainer uses reps, tempo and single-arm or single-leg work to keep it challenging.
Will my trainer change?
We aim to keep the same trainer with you for your whole plan, so they know your goals, your history and how you move. Occasionally we may need to switch, for example if your trainer is on leave or your timings change. If that happens, we'll tell you in advance and your new trainer gets your full session log.
How much does it cost?
Monthly plans start at ₹4,000 for 8 sessions (Weekend plan). The Beginner plan is ₹6,000 for 12 sessions and the Active plan is ₹9,000 for 20 sessions. Weekly plans are also available. Every session is 50–60 minutes.
