Strength & Conditioning at home: questions
How is this different from HIIT?
Strength & conditioning puts more weight on lifting, with intervals added. HIIT is mostly about the intervals themselves.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Your first session sets a baseline and your trainer builds the plan from there.
What equipment is used?
Usually dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and a mat, with loads up to 10 kg. Your trainer brings them.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Your trainer brings everything the session needs. Loads go up to 10 kg, and past that your trainer uses reps, tempo and single-arm or single-leg work to keep it challenging.
Will my trainer change?
We aim to keep the same trainer with you for your whole plan, so they know your goals, your history and how you move. Occasionally we may need to switch, for example if your trainer is on leave or your timings change. If that happens, we'll tell you in advance and your new trainer gets your full session log.
How much does it cost?
Monthly plans start at ₹4,000 for 8 sessions (Weekend plan). The Beginner plan is ₹6,000 for 12 sessions and the Active plan is ₹9,000 for 20 sessions. Weekly plans are also available. Every session is 50–60 minutes.
