HIIT at home: questions
Is HIIT safe for beginners?
Yes, when it's scaled. Your trainer starts with lower-impact moves and longer rests, and builds up as your fitness improves.
Will HIIT disturb my neighbours?
Your trainer can choose low-impact options without jumping, which suit apartments and upper floors.
How often should I do HIIT?
Most people do well with 1–2 HIIT sessions a week alongside strength work. Your trainer will plan the mix around your goals.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Your trainer brings everything the session needs. Loads go up to 10 kg, and past that your trainer uses reps, tempo and single-arm or single-leg work to keep it challenging.
Will my trainer change?
We aim to keep the same trainer with you for your whole plan, so they know your goals, your history and how you move. Occasionally we may need to switch, for example if your trainer is on leave or your timings change. If that happens, we'll tell you in advance and your new trainer gets your full session log.
How much does it cost?
Monthly plans start at ₹4,000 for 8 sessions (Weekend plan). The Beginner plan is ₹6,000 for 12 sessions and the Active plan is ₹9,000 for 20 sessions. Weekly plans are also available. Every session is 50–60 minutes.
