What we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
This policy explains how Arovia Technologies Private Limited ("ONO", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use our website or book training sessions. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and home address.
- Training details: your goals, schedule, fitness experience, and the exercises, sets, reps, weights and assessments logged in your sessions.
- Health information you choose to share: injuries, conditions or limitations that your trainer needs to know to train you safely.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment partners. We keep a record of the transaction but do not store your card or bank details.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
2. How we use it
- To match you with a trainer, schedule sessions and send them to your home.
- To plan your training safely and track your progress.
- To process payments and keep accounting records.
- To contact you about your sessions, plan and service updates.
- To improve our service and keep our members and trainers safe.
We only use your health information to train you safely, and only with your consent.
3. Who we share it with
- Your trainer sees your name, address, schedule, goals, relevant health information and session logs.
- Service providers who help us run ONO, such as payment, messaging and cloud storage providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Analytics and advertising partners: we use PostHog to understand how our website is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record pages visited and buttons clicked. You can block them in your browser settings or adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you train with us and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We then delete it or make it anonymous.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw your consent, for example to sharing health information. This may limit what we can safely offer you.

6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your data has been misused.
7. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
8. Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected] or write to the address below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
